The challenge in this project was to rehabilitate and transform an old residential house into a modern, sustainable home. The double walls were used to achieve thermal comfort within spaces in winter and summer. The depth of the exterior walls has been used to provide unique seating areas overlooking the outdoor gardens. And use them as Solar breakers at the same time. Modern oriental style. Light materials, clear colors and old brown wood were used, to achieve environmental and psychological comfort for users.
